All ticket holders kick off the fun at the registration bar, where you'll check in, snag your merch, and grab some drinks. After that, the crawl is your playground! With hundreds of fellow crawlers, there’s no set route—explore the bars on our list in any order you like. Lanyards must be worn for bar and drink access. Enjoy exclusive access to select bars, themed drink specials just for our group, DJs, live entertainment, and more. And don’t worry, all the bars are within easy walking distance!

Each themed crawl offers a unique experience, and your ticket grants you access to all participating bars.

Additionally, every bar crawl theme features special gifts for each crawler—check the event details for specifics. You’ll also receive a signature event beer stein, enjoy discounted themed drink specials, dance to DJ entertainment at select bars, and share the fun with hundreds of your new best friends.

Participating bars and specials will be listed on the back of your lanyard. You will receive your lanyard during registration.

Crawler registration and lanyards will only be distributed during the designated check-in time. If you can't make it, a friend can pick up your lanyard and merch—just make sure they have your un-scanned ticket.

No, dressing up for the bar crawl is not mandatory, but we highly encourage it as it enhances the experience.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. Events will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine, with no refunds offered.

You must be 21+ to participate in the bar crawl, and present a valid state ID, driver's license, or passport for age verification. Participating bars will be checking identification at each location.
